We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our thriving multi-doctor general practice. Our office prides itself on fostering a family-oriented environment, where teamwork and patient care are at the forefront of what we do. With a loyal patient base that has been with us for many years, we offer a wide range of services designed to meet the dental needs of our community, from routine care to more complex treatments.
In this full-time role, you will have the unique opportunity to work one-on-one with patients, spending an hour with each adult patient. Our practice values thoroughness and quality care, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with each individual you treat. You will collaborate closely with our experienced dental team to ensure that every patient receives the highest standard of care.
We are equipped with modern technology and tools, including Eaglesoft for patient records, intraoral cameras, and Schick systems. Your skills in scaling and root planing, and ultrasonic scaling will be crucial in providing effective hygiene treatments. You will also need to be proficient in administering local anesthetic and nitrous sedation, as these are essential components of our treatment offerings.
We understand the demands of a dental career and offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, paid time off (PTO), a 401(k) plan, one hour paid lunch time, and dental benefits. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $50-55, commensurate with experience.
