Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental hygienist to join a well-established dental office serving general and private practice patients. This opportunity is available because our current dental hygienist is retiring, and we are looking for a professional who can continue providing excellent preventive care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

This role is currently a part-time position, scheduled for 3 days per week, with the opportunity to increase to 4 days as the practice grows. The work environment emphasizes teamwork, patient-centered care, and ongoing learning. Candidates should enjoy collaborating with colleagues while helping create a positive experience for every patient.

The ideal candidate has a strong commitment to caring for patients and providing gentle care. We are especially interested in someone who communicates well, works efficiently, and helps patients feel comfortable throughout their visit. Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred, but they are not required. Previous experience of more than 2 years is preferred, though it is not mandatory for the right candidate with a strong foundation and eagerness to grow.

Responsibilities include providing high-quality hygiene care, supporting preventive treatment, and educating patients on oral health in a clear and professional manner. You will see one patient at a time and typically spend about 1 hour with each patient, allowing for thorough, attentive care. A 1-hour lunch break is provided, and parking is available in the building for added convenience.

This position offers an hourly rate of $58–$62, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include PTO/vacation time, supporting work-life balance and long-term employment satisfaction.
