Position Summary:
Dental Assistants play a vital role in supporting our pediatric dentists and/or orthodontists and clinical teams This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and making a positive impact.
You will assist the dentists with pediatric and / or orthodontic procedures, support patient comfort, and help maintain high clinical and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist dentists during recall, treatment, and/or orthodontic procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
Take digital X-rays and impressions as needed
Support patient comfort and behavior management
Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
Support front-office or clinical operations when needed
Qualifications:
Dental Assistant certification (per state requirements)
Pediatric experience preferred (training provided if needed)
X-ray certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
Organized, adaptable, and dependable
Positive, child-friendly attitude
