Pay: $20–$22/hour (based on experience)
Bonus: $500 sign-on bonus + monthly bonus opportunity
Schedule: Monday–Thursday (Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays always off)
Monday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Tuesday: 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Wednesday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Thursday: 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM

We offer a full scope of services including implants, Invisalign, veneers, cosmetic treatment, restorative care, digital scanning, with the technology and team to back it up. We're looking for an experienced Registered Dental Assistant who wants to do great clinical work building trust, personalized care and willing to grow and learn with our team.
What You'll Do
Assist chairside across restorative, cosmetic, and advanced procedures
Take digital X-rays and use intraoral camera for patient education
Assist with implants, Invisalign, digital scanning, and milled restorations
Fabricate anterior and posterior temporary crowns
Take impressions and pour/trim models
Perform sterilization and maintain operatory readiness
Provide post-operative instructions and patient education
Accurately chart and input patient notes
Support the hygiene team and assist staff as needed
Schedule follow-up appointments and recalls
What We're Looking For
Active Texas RDA license is required
Nitrous oxide certification is required
Experienced chairside dental assistant
Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
Strong communicator with excellent follow-through
Efficient and self-directed in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
Coachable and growth-minded
Preferred (not required):
Pit & fissure sealant and coronal polishing certification
Open Dental and Dexis experience
Digital scanning experience
