Dental Assistant (Full-Time)
LOCATION
New York, NYWe are seeking an experienced dental professional to join a busy, patient-focused practice that provides comprehensive care in a modern clinical setting. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with a collaborative team and supporting excellent patient experiences in a general, multi-doctor office that serves PPO and private patients.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of dental assisting experience and a strong understanding of chairside support, sterilization protocols, and assisting with a wide range of restorative and preventive procedures. Comfort with Dentrix and Dexis is required, along with the ability to manage digital imaging, maintain accurate patient records, and support efficient clinical workflow.
Responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, assisting the doctor during procedures, taking X-rays, sterilizing instruments, and helping ensure a clean, organized, and professional environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential.
