At Life Dentistry, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Dental Hygienist to become a vital part of our modern, patient-centered practice. Since opening in August 2019, we have created an environment where positivity, strong ethics, and hard work are at the core of everything we do. Our small, cohesive team is dedicated to delivering outstanding care and support to each of our patients, fostering a drama-free atmosphere that emphasizes collaboration and wellness.
In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care. You'll have the opportunity to work one-on-one with patients, allowing you to build strong relationships and truly understand their unique dental needs. Your responsibilities will include performing thorough cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and patient assessments. You will spend 60 minutes on prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance, 1.5 hours with new patients, and 2 hours for Scaling and Root Planing (SRP) procedures.
As a key member of our team, we are looking for someone who not only possesses a strong foundation in dental hygiene but also brings a positive attitude, is friendly, and is easy-going. Whether you're a fresh graduate from hygiene school or an experienced professional, if you have a passion for providing exceptional patient care and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!
To be successful in this role, you must be laser certified and committed to continuous personal and professional growth. Your contribution will help us maintain the high standards of care that our patients have come to expect from Life Dentistry.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $55-$60, along with a generous one-hour lunch break each day to recharge and stay energized.
