Full-Time Dental Assistant at Busy 2 Doctor Practice with Flexible Schedule
LOCATION
Longmont, COJoin our dynamic dental team as we expand our friendly, multi-doctor practice! We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant who shares our commitment to exceptional patient care and a positive workplace culture.
In this full-time role, you will be integral to our operations, working alongside our team that boasts up to 19 years of combined experience, providing an enriching environment for professional growth. We are a busy, established general dentistry practice with two doctors, two hygienists, and a team that genuinely enjoys working together. We care deeply about our patients, we support one another, and we’ve built a culture where people feel valued, respected, and happy to come to work.

What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of dental assisting experience
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Someone who is caring, reliable, and enjoys being part of a team
A person who wants to grow, contribute, and be part of something special
Compensation & Benefits
$23–$26/hour, depending on experience
Every other Friday and Monday off
Weekends off
Health insurance after 60 days
Two (2) weeks paid time off
401(k) after 90 days
Enjoy a balanced work schedule that includes every other Friday and Monday off, with weekends off as well.
