Your Role as a La Luxe Hygienist

You are more than a clinician—you’re a wellness advocate and provider.

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive preventive care (prophy, scaling, root planing).
Conduct vital signs checks and document patient medical histories accurately.
Perform and review iTero scans and diagnostic photos with every patient.
Gauge patient concern level and tailor education to create awareness.
Present financial menus for treatment and support same-day case acceptance.
Ensure all documentation, charting, and notes reflect clarity and thoroughness.
Actively maintain your schedule—make personalized calls and follow-ups to fill openings.
Reserve patients’ next hygiene visits before dismissal.
Collaborate seamlessly with the dentist, assistants, and front office to ensure a consistent, 5-star experience.

What We’re Looking For

Active DC RDH License (required)
Local Anesthesia & Nitrous Certification (preferred)
A genuine passion for patient education and prevention
Comfort with photography, scanning, and co-diagnosis
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
A proactive, positive, and accountable team player
