We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our thriving general and multi-doctor dental practice, focused on delivering exceptional cosmetic dentistry and facial aesthetics. Our privately-owned office is committed to providing personalized care in a comfortable and welcoming environment.
As a Dental Hygienist in our practice, you will play a crucial role in promoting oral health and providing excellent patient care. You will work one-on-one with patients to deliver thorough cleanings, preventive care, and patient education. Your expertise in periodontal care and proficiency in utilizing advanced dental technologies will be vital as you help our patients maintain optimal oral health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing of teeth.
- Conduct periodontal assessments and provide appropriate treatments as needed.
- Deliver exceptional, individualized patient education to enhance their oral hygiene practices.
- Collaborate closely with our team of dental professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patients’ medical histories and treatment records.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of experience as a Dental Hygienist is required.
- A degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license to practice.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for patient care.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a patient-centric approach.
Our office offers a supportive atmosphere where you can thrive professionally. Enjoy your lunch break from 12 PM to 1 PM in our comfortable setting, and rest assured that you will be equipped with the necessary personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, nitrile gloves, and regular masks, to ensure your safety and that of our patients.
This full-time position allows you to see one patient at a time, emphasizing quality of care rather than quantity. We believe in creating a balanced work environment, free from double booking, enabling you to engage fully with each patient.
