With nearly 30 years of experience in the field, Dr. Medaugh leads our practice, offering a full range of dental services to patients aged 3 to 100. Our team is committed to upholding the highest standards by following all OSHA, CDC, and COVID-19 guidelines while maintaining a fragrance-free environment. We encounter a diverse mix of patient needs, from routine cleanings to emergency care, ensuring that our dental hygienist will rarely face the same day twice.

In this full-time position, you will have the unique opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients, spend quality time with each individual—typically one hour—and contribute to their oral health journey. You will utilize your skills in air polishing, scaling and root planing, oral cancer screenings, fluoride treatments, and more, while working with modern equipment and techniques. The ideal candidate will bring special skills such as a friendly demeanor and a passion for educating patients about their oral health.

Our full-time dental hygienists enjoy a competitive hourly rate ranging from $65 to $75, based on experience, alongside an attractive benefits package, including PTO, a 401(k) match, a bonus system, and discounted dental work. Welcome to Able Dentistry, Inc! We are a private owned practice and Dr. Medaugh has been practicing in Arvada for almost 30 years. We follow all OSHA/CDC/COVID guidelines, and we are also a fragrance free practice. We see a full and wide variety of dental patients, from 3-100 years old, and some well established regulars, and some emergencies. Dr. Medaugh provides all services, but does refer out for some endo and oral surgery. We have a true team atmosphere at Able Dentistry, and we all help out wherever we can! We listen to upbeat music, and like to have fun while we work.
