Full time RDA needed in Danbury, CT.
LOCATION
Danbury, CTWe are seeking a dependable, compassionate team member to support a busy dental office that serves General, Single Doctor, Medicaid, PPO, and Private patients. This is a full-time position for someone with a high school education, 1 year of dental experience, and a positive attitude.
The ideal candidate is a team player who is comfortable working in a collaborative environment and has knowledge of CT Medicaid insurance. Cross-training is required, so flexibility and a willingness to learn different areas of the office are important. Daily responsibilities may include assisting chairside, preparing treatment rooms, supporting patient care, and helping keep the office running smoothly.
The schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with 2 Saturdays per month from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. A 30-minute lunch break is provided. Personal protective equipment supplied includes disposable gowns, face shields, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.
Benefits include PTO after 6 months. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour, depending on experience. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in a professional dental setting while being part of a supportive and patient-focused team.
