Dental Patient Coordinator

Colorado Endodontic Group is an established endodontic practice seeking an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team full-time!

Who You Are:
*Positive attitude and great communication skills 
*Dental experience is a must (1 year minimum)
*Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented 
*Ability to multitask without breaking a sweat

Schedule:
*Monday-Thursday 7:45am-5pm
*Customizable schedule, choose one day to have off each week
*Fridays 8am-12pm, full days to be determined

Compensation: $20-$25/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance

Key Responsibilities:   
*Provide a welcoming and positive patient experience
*Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients
*Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records
*Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, posting payments to patient accounts
*Review financing and payment options with patients at the time of service
*Keep hygienist and dentist schedules booked efficiently

Experience:
*1 year minimum of dental front office experience is required
*Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections
*Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
*Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus!)
