We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Dental Assistant to become a vital part of our relationship-based, fee-for-service family practice. Located in a dynamic setting with two experienced doctors, our office fosters a fast-paced yet enjoyable work environment where teamwork and patient care are paramount.
As a Dental Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for our patients. Your responsibilities will include preparing patients for treatment, sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, setting up instrument trays, and assisting the dentist during procedures. You will also be responsible for exposing dental diagnostic x-rays, making preliminary impressions, fabricating temporary restorations, and managing appointment schedules.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, with a focus on empathy and understanding to help patients feel at ease throughout their visit. While experience is preferred, we encourage candidates with passion and willingness to learn to apply.
