Are you an experienced and caring Dental Hygienist looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and quality-oriented environment? We invite you to consider an opportunity to join our established general dentistry practice, which has been serving the community since 2002. Our office is dedicated to providing exceptional care in a fee-for-service setting, where we prioritize the patient experience.
As a Dental Hygienist in our practice, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a single doctor, ensuring that each patient receives personalized, one-on-one care. You will typically see one patient at a time, which allows for a focused and thorough approach to their oral health needs. Routine cleanings will generally take 50 minutes, while more comprehensive scaling and root planing procedures will be scheduled for 90 minutes. This allows you to truly engage with patients and provide a level of care that reflects our commitment to quality.
We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in dental hygiene, holding a valid CA Registered Hygienist license and CPR/BLS certification. Strong communication skills and a gentle hand are essential, as you will be educating patients about their oral health in a friendly and approachable manner. Being a supportive team player is crucial, as we work together to ensure our practice runs smoothly and our patients feel at home.
