We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Dental Hygienist to join our vibrant team in a part-time capacity. Our restorative and surgical dental practice focuses on biological dentistry, prioritizing holistic approaches to oral health. We are committed to providing exceptional care to our patients while maintaining a supportive and collaborative work environment.

As a Dental Hygienist in our practice, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and educating patients about oral hygiene, preventive practices, and overall wellness. Your expertise will help us maintain our commitment to patient-centered care, enhancing both our service offerings and patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive dental hygiene assessments, including reviewing patient health histories, periodontal evaluations, and radiographic analyses.
- Perform preventative and therapeutic dental hygiene procedures, including scaling, polishing, root planing, and fluoride treatments.
- Utilize digital tools such as Dentrix, DEXIS, Intraoral Cameras, and ScanX to create and maintain accurate patient records.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, dietary recommendations, and preventive care practices.
- Collaborate with the dental team to develop personalized treatment plans and ensure continuity of care for our patients.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, adhering to infection control protocols.

We prioritize the safety of our staff and patients, providing personal protective equipment (PPE) such as disposable gowns, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.

Qualifications:

- Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
- Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
- Strong proficiency with Dentrix, DEXIS, Intraoral Cameras, and ScanX.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for patient education.
- Ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment.
