Dental Assistant / Reception
LOCATION
Cos Cob, CTA growing, well-established private dental practice is seeking a reliable, patient-focused dental assistant to join our supportive team. This is a full-time opportunity in a general, multi-doctor setting where quality care, professionalism, and teamwork are highly valued. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and able to contribute confidently in a fast-paced office while helping create a positive experience for every patient.
Responsibilities include assisting chairside during a variety of procedures, preparing treatment rooms, taking and processing digital X-rays, supporting intraoral scanning, and maintaining accurate documentation. Experience with Dentrix Ascend, DEXIS, Intraoral Camera, iTero, NOMAD Pro, and digital X-rays is preferred. Candidates should be cross-trained and comfortable helping with both clinical and front-office tasks as needed.
Requirements include a high school education and at least 1 year of experience in a dental office. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a dependable work ethic are essential.
We offer a 1-hour lunch break, office parking, and a competitive hourly rate of $32–$38. Benefits include insurance, PTO, and sick leave. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing practice that values long-term team members and quality patient care.
