What You’ll Do:

Welcome and assist new patients with demographic forms, ensuring smooth onboarding.
Review and update patient information in our system for new and returning patients.
Present and explain treatment plans with clarity and confidence, promoting patient understanding and acceptance.
Guide patients through payment options, insurance coverage, and financing to maximize treatment acceptance.
Track outstanding treatment plans, manage recalls, and follow up with unscheduled patients to keep the schedule full.
Submit, monitor, and follow up on pre-authorizations for treatment.
Encourage patient referrals while ensuring patient satisfaction with their care.
Manage scheduling, appointment coordination, and front desk responsibilities.
Oversee payment collections and ensure accurate allocation of payments.
Handle insurance claims and maintain daily ledger accuracy.
What You Bring to the Table:

A professional, friendly demeanor with top-notch customer service skills.
Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities, and a knack for multitasking.
Tech-savvy, with experience navigating dental software (Open Dental experience is a bonus!).
At least 3 years of dental treatment planning and financial coordination experience.
A solid understanding of dental terminology, insurance plans, and accounts receivable management.
