LOCATION: One Dental Studio 5651 Davie Road, Davie FL

We are a well-established multispecialty dental office with over two decades of clinical and operational excellence, currently seeking a highly organized and patient-focused Front Office Coordinator. This full-time position is ideal for professionals with a passion for exceptional patient care and a collaborative approach to work.

• Insurance Expertise: Accurately interpret and clearly explain dental insurance benefits during treatment planning to support informed patient decisions.
• Payment Processing: Post insurance payments with precision, ensuring timely and accurate account reconciliation.
• X-Ray Interpretation: Review and interpret dental X-rays for administrative and insurance documentation purposes, supporting clinical and billing accuracy.
• Appointment Scheduling: Strategically schedule appointments to optimize provider availability and maintain efficient patient flow.
• Patient Coordination: Manage front desk operations to ensure a seamless, professional, and compassionate experience from check-in to check-out.

The ideal candidate will possess at least three years of experience in a dental office setting, with strong familiarity with Eaglesoft and dental terminology. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, along with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. We seek an individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and consistently demonstrates professionalism and attention to detail.
