Front Desk /Administrative Specialist – Dental Sleep Medicine
We are seeking a positive, caring front desk professional to create a 5-star experience for our patients and professional partners. We are a small privately owned dental sleep medicine practice focused on improving our patients’ overall health and well-being. We treat people with sleep-related breathing disorders and are known for our strong commitment to high quality, collaborative, patient-centered care. As our Front Desk Receptionist, you will set the first impression for our patients, so a professional caring demeanor, outstanding communication skills and excellent customer service skills are imperative. Medical or dental experience is preferred but not required, however you should be comfortable using and learning a variety of technologies and software. It is also important that you are positive, organized and detail oriented. We place high priority on our core values which drive the success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle receptionist duties, including patient scheduling and provider follow-up
• Manage data entry, organize electronic/paper files and obtain prior authorizations from insurance providers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, medical professionals, and referring providers via in-person, phone, fax, email and website interactions.
• Assist in marketing and outreach initiatives alongside the office manager
• Collect & manage referral & online new patient intake process.
• Prep & facilitate the daily morning huddle team meeting.
