We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Hygienist to join our busy General Dentistry practice. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to work in a single-doctor office, where patient care is our top priority. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate professional who can make an immediate impact on our team and help us provide outstanding dental care for our patients.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dental hygiene services, including performing thorough cleanings, conducting patient assessments, and educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices. You will have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed during their visits. Each appointment allows you to dedicate your time, as you will see one patient at a time, typically spending 40-60 minutes with each individual.
To be successful in this role, you must have at least two years of clinical experience as a dental hygienist and be CPR certified. We pride ourselves on maintaining a safe work environment and providing essential personal protective equipment, including nitrile gloves, to ensure the safety of both our team and our patients.
Our office environment is supportive and collaborative, with a focus on continuous improvement and professional development. Enjoy a standard lunch break between 30 minutes to one hour (as preferred), allowing you to recharge and refocus between appointments. Additionally, convenient parking is available in a lot directly in front of the office.
Work days will be Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Time: 8:15 am-5:15 pm. And, possibly 2 Fridays a month: 8:15 am-12:15 pm (depending on the schedule). We offer competitive compensation with an hourly rate ranging from $45 to $55, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
