Team-Oriented Dental Hygienist

We are a team -oriented, one doctor Pediatric Dental practice where excellence, attention to detail and quality care are a priority! Our office is open 3 days/week, Monday-Wednesday. Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments and provide quality dental care in accordance with established protocols.
Utilize dental terminology and maintain accurate medical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Assist in chairside procedures, employing aseptic techniques and four-handed dentistry practices.
Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and preventive care, while documenting and presenting treatment plans and progress.
Collaborate with dental team members to enhance patient experiences and outcomes.
Qualifications

Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license
Proficient in chairside assisting and patient care
Strong understanding of dental terminology and medical records
Experience with Dentrix Software is a plus
Knowledge of aseptic techniques and HIPAA regulations
Familiarity with and passion for pediatric dentistry
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
