Registered Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to enhance our vibrant dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a compassionate team-oriented environment. Our single-doctor private practice, operating for over 20 years, prides itself on its patient-centered approach under the leadership of Dr. Bever, a general dentist with over 23 years of experience.
As a Dental Hygienist in our growing practice, you will be an integral member of our dental team, working alongside one full-time and three part-time hygienists, a hygiene assistant, two dental assistants, and two business team members, including our practice manager. This is a full-time position within a supportive atmosphere that fosters collaboration and professional growth.
Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough dental cleanings, performing patient assessments, applying fluoride treatments, and educating patients on oral hygiene practices. We utilize advanced technology in our practice, including Dentrix, Carestream, and intraoral cameras, so familiarity with these tools will be beneficial to both you and our patients.
We offer a full range of benefits to our team members, including a competitive salary starting at $40/hour, a 401(K) plan with profit sharing, paid vacation, and a four-day workweek. Additionally, uniforms are provided, and we offer dental care for your immediate family to ensure everyone has access to excellent dental health.
To excel in this role, strong communication and patient care skills are essential, as is a positive, team-oriented attitude. While previous experience as a dental hygienist is preferred, we welcome applications from new graduates eager to start their careers in a nurturing environment. Certification in local anesthesia and nitrous is highly desirable.
