Private Practice -Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented dental hygienist to join our private general dentistry practice. This full-time opportunity is available due to the retirement of our current hygienist, creating a chance to step into a well-established, patient-centered role. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional care with a personalized touch in a warm, welcoming environment where patients are treated like family.

Unlike high-volume practices, we value quality over speed and intentionally schedule one patient at a time so you can provide thorough, meaningful care. Appointments are typically 60–90 minutes, allowing time to build trust, educate patients, and deliver excellent hygiene services without feeling rushed. A 60-minute lunch break is provided each day.

We are looking for a licensed RDH who takes pride in clinical excellence, patient communication, and working collaboratively with a supportive team. Responsibilities include performing routine dental hygiene procedures, prophy, SRP, and perio maintenance appointments, X-rays, reviewing oral health history, taking appropriate clinical notes, providing patient education, and supporting the doctor in maintaining high standards of preventive care. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient comfort are essential. Experience in general dentistry is ideal, along with a desire to contribute to a practice that values individualized care.

Schedule:
- Tuesday and Wednesday: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Every other Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Compensation:
- $50–$60 per hour
