Hygienist

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented dental professional to join a busy and collaborative dental team in a full-time capacity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing high-quality preventive care, communicating effectively with patients, and supporting a practice that serves a diverse patient base in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities include performing thorough dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and oral health assessments while educating patients on proper hygiene techniques and preventive care. You will assist with taking and reviewing digital records, supporting treatment planning, and ensuring a smooth patient experience throughout the visit. Accuracy, professionalism, and strong chairside communication are essential in this role, as is the ability to work efficiently with multiple providers in a general practice setting.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a dental office and be comfortable working in a multi-doctor, PPO, and corporate practice environment. A college-level educational background is preferred. Familiarity with ITero and Dentrix is required, as these systems are used regularly to support clinical documentation, scanning, and workflow management. Candidates should be adaptable, organized, and able to maintain excellent clinical standards while contributing to a positive and supportive team culture.

This full-time position offers a salary of $50 per hour, along with insurance and PTO benefits. The schedule includes a 1-hour lunch break to support a balanced and sustainable workday. Parking is available at the back of the building for added convenience.
