We are excited to announce a full-time opportunity for a passionate and dedicated dental assistant to join our brand-new pediatric dental startup in beautiful Mountain Lakes. Our office is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed to create a welcoming environment for families. As we cater to patients ranging from infants to teens, we prioritize delivering compassionate, high-quality dental care tailored specifically for children.
We pride ourselves on our positive and supportive work environment where everyone's voice matters. We currently have a small but strong team of three, and we are looking for someone who embodies warmth and enthusiasm to contribute to our growth as we open this new location.
Key responsibilities include chair-side assistance, patient care, infection control, and managing patient records. Ideal candidates will be CPR certified and possess experience in four-handed dentistry, radiology, and sterilization procedures.
We offer competitive pay ranging from $28 to $33 per hour, based on experience, as well as benefits such as paid holidays, PTO after one year, and future medical insurance options along with a 401k plan.
