Our team, led by Dr. Rossow, Dr. Noce, and Dr. Neal, is committed to delivering comprehensive dental care, including both general and periodontal services, in a collaborative setting. With the advantage of having an in-house periodontist, our hygienists are empowered to deliver seamless care without referring patients elsewhere, ensuring high-quality treatment and continuity of care.

What You'll Do:
As a dental hygienist at our practice, your responsibilities will include delivering tailored hygiene care such as prophylaxis, scaling and root planing (SRP), and periodontal maintenance. You will have the opportunity to educate our patients on oral health best practices and collaborate with our doctors to present effective treatment plans. Additionally, you will assist with X-rays, thorough charting using Open Dental or similar software, and support scheduling and patient follow-ups.

Qualifications and Skills:
We are seeking candidates who possess an Associate’s degree from an ADA-accredited Dental Hygiene Program, a Colorado Dental Hygiene License, and CPR/BLS certification. Proficiency in Open Dental or Dentrix is a plus. We value strong communication and collaboration skills, along with a detail-oriented, adaptable mindset, and a motivation to grow within our practice.

Compensation and Benefits:
This full-time role offers competitive hourly compensation ranging from $55 to $65, plus the opportunity for a production bonus. We also provide a generous $10,000 sign-on bonus, with $5,000 payable at the first pay period and an additional $5,000 at your one-year anniversary.
