Dental Front Desk Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced, organized and detail-oriented Dental Front Desk Manager to lead and oversee our front office team. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills, extensive knowledge of dental insurance and the ability to maintain a productive schedule while providing exceptional patient care. We are looking for someone who is dependable, committed to their position, and interested in becoming a long-term valued member of our dental team.

Responsibilities
• Patient Care – Ensure every patient receives an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out. Address patient concerns professionally and help maintain a welcoming office environment.
• Scheduling – Manage daily and future schedules to maximize doctor and hygiene productivity, maintain efficient appointment flow, fill openings, and minimize cancellations and no-shows.
• Insurance & Financials – Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits, communicate patient financial responsibility, and accurately collect co-pays, deductibles, and outstanding balances.
• Communication – Communicate effectively and professionally with doctors, hygienists, assistants, front office staff and patients to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Staff Supervision – Train, onboard, supervise, and support front office team members. Ensure office policies and procedures are consistently followed and provide guidance when needed.
• Office Operations – Help oversee the daily operation of the front desk, maintain organization, monitor workflow and ensure the office runs efficiently and professionally.
• Dental Software – Proficiency in EagleSoft required.
• Bilingual – (Spanish) required.
