Dental Hygienist

At our locally owned and operated dental practice, we are seeking a passionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team in providing exceptional care to our patients. As part of a general, multi-doctor, and private practice, you will play a critical role in ensuring our patients' dental health and comfort. Our practice believes that dentistry should be personal, attentive, and tailored to the individual, which makes us stand apart from corporate entities.
As a Dental Hygienist with us, you will be responsible for conducting thorough dental cleanings, patient assessments, and providing education about oral health practices. You will enjoy the opportunity to see one patient at a time, allowing you to create meaningful connections and deliver high-quality care. Your typical schedule will include a combination of patient types: adults benefiting from 60-minute periodontal maintenance sessions, child prophylaxis requiring 30-40 minutes, and thorough 90-minute consultations for new patients.
To be successful in this role, fluency with current AAP periodontal diagnosis is essential, as you'll be actively involved in identifying and addressing periodontal issues with our patients. Ideally, you will bring at least 2 years of experience in a dental hygiene capacity, along with a proactive attitude and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Working in our warm, welcoming atmosphere, you will appreciate our dedication to using advanced technologies alongside a personal touch. You will also have consistent and structured schedules with breaks, including a 1-hour lunch on Mondays and Wednesdays. Our office provides all necessary PPE, ensuring your safety and comfort as you care for our patients.
In return for your valuable contributions, we offer a competitive starting hourly rate of $48, alongside benefits such as health insurance after 90 days, paid time off (PTO), 401(k) matching after one year, and paid holidays.
