Our newly established office in South Fort Worth operates under a single doctor model and caters specifically to children’s dental needs.
As our front office staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth patient experience. We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience in pediatric dentistry, particularly in front desk roles. Your expertise in insurance verification, understanding benefits, and Medicaid will be invaluable as you assist parents in navigating their options.
Your responsibilities will include confirming appointments, managing patient files, and scheduling new visits using our Open Dental software. A commitment to creating a positive atmosphere for both children and their families is essential.
