Treatment Coordinator/Insurance Coordinator (NOT A REMOTE POSITION)

We are seeking a full-time front desk team member who is passionate about providing exceptional care in a fun, welcoming environment. Our newly established office in South Fort Worth operates under a single doctor model and caters specifically to children’s dental needs.

As our front office staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth patient experience. We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience in pediatric dentistry, particularly in front desk roles. Your expertise in insurance verification, understanding benefits, and Medicaid will be invaluable as you assist parents in navigating their options.

Your responsibilities will include confirming appointments, managing patient files, and scheduling new visits using our Open Dental software. A commitment to creating a positive atmosphere for both children and their families is essential.

We are a fun, pediatric dental practice with one provider in a beautiful brand new practice in South Fort Worth conveniently located off of Chisholm Trail Parkway. Our hours are 9-5pm, lunch is 1-2pm Monday-Thursday. We work 1-2 Fridays per month 9-2pm. Our office would love to add another front desk team member with experience in PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY who understands insurance and MEDICAID benefits. 5 years or more of PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY FRONT DESK is preferred.
