About Us
ProCare Family Dental is a well-established private practice serving Morton Grove and surrounding communities for over 25 years. We are a growth-oriented, team-driven office focused on high-quality patient care and exceptional service.
We are looking for a dependable, professional Dental Front Desk / Patient Coordinator who takes pride in organization, communication, and helping an office run efficiently.
Position Overview
This role includes front desk responsibilities, patient coordination, and assisting the team with additional office duties as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
You will be the first and last impression of our office and play a key role in scheduling efficiency, patient satisfaction, and overall office flow.
This position follows established systems and processes already in place within our practice.
Schedule
Monday 9:00–6:00 | Tuesday 9:00–6:00 | Thursday 9:00–6:00 | Friday 9:00–5:00 | Saturday 9:00–2:00

Responsibilities
Front Desk & Scheduling
• Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
• Convert new patient calls into booked appointments
• Confirm appointments and minimize no-shows
• Greet and check patients in/out professionally
Insurance & Financial Duties
• Verify insurance benefits
• Explain coverage and co-pays clearly
• Collect payments and manage balances
• Maintain accurate patient records
Team Support
• Assist with hygiene recall and reappointment system
• Support clinical team with patient flow
• Help maintain a professional and organized front office
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Preferred Experience
• 1+ year dental front desk experience preferred
• Familiar with dental software (Eaglesoft)
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable discussing finances with patients
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) preferred
