As a small private general dentistry practice established in 2014, we offer a personalized touch and a friendly atmosphere. We are currently seeking a part-time specialist to join our dynamic team, focusing on oral surgery procedures while working within various insurance frameworks, including Medicaid, PPO, and private pay.

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with our knowledgeable dental professionals in delivering high-quality patient care. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in oral surgical procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety while adhering to our rigorous standards for dental practice. We are looking for a savvy and energetic individual who thrives in a team-oriented environment, embodies a proactive approach, and contributes positively to our lighthearted workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in oral surgery procedures, including preparation, instrument handling, and patient monitoring
- Maintain a sterile environment and uphold safety protocols, making effective use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Collaborate with our team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
- Manage patient records and follow office protocols for documentation and reporting
- Educate patients on post-operative care and any necessary follow-up treatments

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental practice, specifically in oral surgery
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for patient care
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a dynamic team
- Knowledge of various insurance types, particularly Medicaid and PPO, is a plus

We ensure the health and safety of our staff by providing comprehensive PPE, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.
