Dental Assistant
LOCATION
Bee Cave, TXWe are seeking a full-time dental assistant to join our fun, family-owned orthodontic and pediatric dental practice. Our team has proudly served families for more than 12 years by creating a warm, welcoming environment where children feel comfortable and cared for. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with kids, values teamwork, and takes pride in helping patients feel confident about their smiles.
The right candidate will have at least 1 year of experience and strong customer service skills with a positive personality. Familiarity with brackets, wires, aligners, retainers, pediatric dental procedures, cleanings, sealants, digital x-rays, and digital scans is important. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is essential. Cross-training in both orthodontics and pediatric dentistry would be ideal.
Responsibilities include assisting chairside, supporting patient comfort, preparing treatment areas, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and helping deliver excellent care to every family. The office provides goggles, nitrile gloves, and regular masks for PPE. Parking is available in the parking lot, and there is a 1-hour regular lunch break.
We offer health insurance, PTO, and a 401(k). Compensation is $19–$27 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
