Orthodontic Assistant w/ traditional braces experience; fast pace

Join our dynamic team at MyFamily Orthodontics, where we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional orthodontic care in a welcoming, family-oriented environment. We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to contribute to our mission of providing quality treatment at our locations in Windermere and Dr. Phillips.

As a vital member of our practice, you will work directly with our patients, assisting Dr. Johnson in performing various orthodontic procedures, including traditional braces and clear aligners. Your skills in taking alginate impressions will be essential to ensure the highest level of patient care.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in an orthodontic setting, demonstrating expertise in working with braces and aligners. We value teamwork and professionalism, and we’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to creating a positive patient experience.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $21-$23, depending on experience, as well as benefits that include medical insurance and paid time off. With a 45-60 minute lunch break and convenient parking available, our practice is designed to support both our team and our patients.
