We are a growing, patient-focused dental practice looking for an experienced Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands that exceptional treatment coordination is about more than presenting a treatment plan, it’s about building trust, educating patients, overcoming concerns, and helping them move forward with confidence.
What You’ll Do
Present and explain comprehensive treatment plans in a clear, patient-friendly way
Build strong relationships with patients and create an exceptional experience
Discuss treatment fees, financing options, insurance benefits, and payment arrangements
Follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment
Work closely with doctors and the clinical team to ensure seamless treatment coordination
Help increase treatment acceptance through excellent communication and patient education
Track treatment opportunities and follow-up consistently
Coordinate complex cases, including crowns, implants, root canals, cosmetic dentistry, and full-mouth rehabilitation
Maintain accurate documentation and help keep the schedule productive
Who We’re Looking For
MINIMUM 3 years of experience in dental treatment coordination or case acceptance
Comfortable discussing high-value treatment and financial arrangements
A strong communicator who can confidently educate—not pressure—patients
Warm, professional, energetic, and genuinely patient-focused
Organized and excellent at follow-up
Comfortable working with doctors and a busy dental team
Motivated by achieving goals and contributing to practice growth
Experienced with Dentrix or similar dental software
