Dental Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our Mount Prospect Dental office team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the front office operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients and visitors, while providing exceptional administrative support. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in various medical software systems.

Responsibilities
Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service at all times.
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls effectively and efficiently.
Schedule patient appointments and manage the clinic calendar.
Verify insurance information and perform insurance verification processes.
Submit dental claim and enter payments.
Review care plans and ensure proper documentation is maintained for all patient interactions.
Handle patient inquiries regarding services, procedures, and office policies with professionalism.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care coordination.

Skills
Experience with Dentrix is highly desirable.
Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
Bilingual abilities are a plus to enhance patient communication.
Previous experience in a medical office or clinic setting is preferred, particularly in roles involving medical administrative support or front desk coordination.

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of Dental front desk experience is preferred.
Bilingual in English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday; 9 a.m. -5:00 p.m.
Saturday: (every other) 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
