We are seeking a full-time general dentist to join a growing, multi-specialty dental practice as we open a new location. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that serves patients across general dentistry, periodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, endodontics, and multi-doctor care. Our practice supports both PPO and private patients, and we value a collaborative, patient-centered approach to dentistry.
The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical judgment, professional communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality care. You will be responsible for evaluating head, neck, and oral structures, reviewing X-rays and digital scans, and developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs. Daily responsibilities will include a range of restorative and preventive procedures such as fillings, root canals, crown and bridge restorations, extractions, and dental sealants.
A key part of this role is patient education. You should be comfortable explaining treatment options in a clear and reassuring way, reviewing medical and dental histories, and helping patients understand how daily oral hygiene and preventive habits support long-term oral health. You will also work closely with the clinical team by participating in morning huddles, supervising dental assistants and hygienists, and maintaining compliance with OSHA and infection-control standards.
This position is well suited for a dentist who is early in their career and eager to build speed, confidence, and clinical expertise. Opportunities to learn and grow are supported through practice management software training and the use of professional resources from the American Dental Association.
Qualifications include a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school, passage of the Integrated National Board Dental Examination, an Individual NPI, and valid malpractice insurance.
Benefits include health insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and continuing education credits. Compensation is negotiable. The office provides parking in front of the building, and a 1-hour lunch break is included. This is a strong opportunity for a motivated dentist looking to contribute to a modern, expanding practice while building a long-term career.
