General Dentist Full Time Position in Goldsboro NC

EverSmile Dental is seeking an exceptional Associate Dentist to join our growing private practice in Goldsboro, North Carolina. We are a private practice with single owner (not a DSO). As a rapidly expanding practice, we are looking for a full-time provider (4 days/week, Monday–Thursday, with potential to add couple of Fridays if provider is interested) to join our established general practice.

Our office is primarily fee-for-service and PPO-based, with a strong focus on delivering outstanding patient care through an exceptional patient experience. In this role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction.

Job Summary

EverSmile Dental is seeking a motivated and skilled Associate General Dentist to join our dynamic team in Goldsboro, NC. In this role, you will provide comprehensive dental care across a wide range of services, including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, and prosthodontics, while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

You will practice in a modern, state-of-the-art facility equipped with advanced technology and work alongside a collaborative, supportive team dedicated to clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of dental procedures, including extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and dental restorations with precision and care
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including reviewing medical/dental histories, performing oral exams, and utilizing diagnostic imaging
Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols in compliance with HIPAA standards
Accurately document patient care and treatment plans using electronic health record systems (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Epic)- we use Dentrix in our office
Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment options, and post-operative care to support optimal outcomes
Collaborate with clinical team members on treatment planning, including pediatric and specialty cases such as endodontics and oral surgery
Stay current with dental advancements, terminology, and best practices to ensure high-quality care
Qualifications & Experience

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Active North Carolina dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
Experience in a clinical dental setting with a strong foundation in general dentistry
Experience in pediatric dentistry and oral surgery is highly preferred, not mandatory
Excellent clinical, communication, and patient care skills
Compensation

Base Pay for first 3 months 750-800$ per day based on experience or percentage of production whichever is higher

28-33% of adjusted production based on experience

Potential to make 250000-375000$ per year
