Responsibilities
Promote oral health and disease prevention
Diagnose oral health problems
Design and assist in treatment plans to maintain the patient's oral health
Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues of patients
Monitor, train and manage staff
Ensure safe and effective oral care is consistently administered by staff

Qualifications
We will consider both new graduates and experienced dentists
An Accredited Dental degree (DDS or DMD) is required
Valid Texas dental license (or in the process of obtaining a license)
Current DEA at start of employment
General dentistry experience is a plus
Strong computer skills and experience with healthcare databases and applications
Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding dental and health care
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to keep detailed records
Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics
Good Management Skills
Able to foster team development at all levels
Able to communicate accurately and efficiently with patients, staff, other dentists, and referral partners
Can plan, organize and prioritize time, and work efficiently and effectively, ensuring all patient care requirements are met and exceeded
