San Jose, CAWe are a growing general dental practice seeking a dependable and motivated team member to support our clinical operations in a full-time role. This position is ideal for someone with a high school education, 1 to 2 years of experience, and a strong interest in providing quality patient care in a professional office environment.
Responsibilities include assisting the dental team during a variety of procedures, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, maintaining organized clinical supplies, and helping create a positive experience for patients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates well, works efficiently in a fast-paced setting, and demonstrates professionalism at all times.
Required qualifications include RDA licensure and other relevant certifications. Candidates should be comfortable working as part of a team, following infection-control protocols, and supporting both clinical and administrative tasks as needed.
This full-time position includes a 1-hour lunch break on weekdays and a 30-minute lunch break on Saturdays. Compensation and benefits can be discussed during the interview.
