We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Dental Hygienist to join our vibrant dental office, specializing in General and Private practice. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to provide exceptional care while growing professionally in a supportive and friendly environment. Part time is also available however all benefits apply to a 32 hour work week position.
As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in our commitment to patient care. You will be responsible for performing oral health assessments, providing preventive care, and educating patients on good oral hygiene practices. We encourage new graduates to apply, as we have a proven track record of mentoring and developing recent dental hygiene graduates into skilled professionals. Our team thrives on collaboration, and we value a positive team environment that contributes to the overall success of our practice.
To thrive in this position, a current dental hygiene license is required, along with an eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and practices in the field. Your safety is our priority; therefore, we provide a comprehensive range of personal protective equipment (PPE) face shields, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, regular masks, and respirator masks to ensure a safe working environment.
Our office prides itself on offering a healthy work-life balance, with a generous one-hour lunch break during your shift. Additionally, we offer a competitive salary starting new graduates at $40 hourly, experienced up to $45 and a robust benefits package, which includes a medical plan, sick days, vacation days, and an exceptional 401K retirement plan. You’ll also have the opportunity to earn fluoride and bleach bonuses while enjoying the benefit of no holiday or weekend work!
Located in Hershey, our office is situated near a state-of-the-art medical center, offering easy access to various amenities and major cities via local mass transit.
