As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive the highest quality of care. You will work one-on-one with patients, spending 50 minutes with each to perform thorough dental cleanings, educate on oral hygiene practices, and assess overall dental health. Our office emphasizes a patient-centered approach, aiming to make each visit as comfortable as possible.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and examinations.
- Utilize advanced dental tools with precision to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the dentist to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
- Document patient experiences and treatment plans accurately in the practice management system.

Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program.
- State licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
- New graduates are welcomed to apply alongside experienced professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong patient focus.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a cohesive team.
