Key Responsibilities:
As a dental hygienist in our practice, you will have the opportunity to use your skills to make a positive impact on our patients' oral health. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough periodontal screenings and treatments.
- Providing prophylaxis and soft tissue management while utilizing advanced techniques.
- Delivering patient education and oral hygiene instruction to help patients maintain their oral health.
- Utilizing Arestin Therapy and chemotherapeutic agents as part of your treatment approach.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and facilitating patient recall processes.
What We’re Looking For:
We value communication and rapport-building skills in our team members. Our ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, be motivated to create a positive experience for every patient, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning. While we prefer candidates with experience in periodontal treatment, we are willing to consider any experience level. Proficiency in standard dental hygienist competencies, including CPR certification and knowledge of Oraqix, is essential.
Work Environment and Benefits:
Our office is equipped with cutting-edge technology and operates with a focus on personalized care, ensuring every patient feels valued and heard. We provide essential personal protective equipment (PPE) including disposable gowns, goggles, nitrile gloves, and regular masks, ensuring your safety and comfort while you work.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $50-55, along with benefits such as paid time off (PTO), insurance reimbursement, and a 401(k) plan after the probationary period. Enjoy a 1-hour lunch break to recharge!
Our hours are Monday: 8.30 am - 6pm
Tuesday: 8am - 5 pm
Wednesday: 7 am - 2 pm
Thursday: 9 am- 6 pm
We are flexible with hours and accommodative to changes
