The Opportunity: We are seeking an elite Financial Coordinator who understands that clinical excellence only happens when a patient says "Yes." You will be responsible for helping patients navigate complex, large-scale treatment plans and removing the financial barriers to their care. This is a high-stakes role focused on Patient Acceptance and Practice Growth.

Elite Compensation & Benefits:
- Sign-On Incentive: We believe in starting on the right foot—this position includes a $2,000 hiring bonus for the selected candidate.
- Base Salary: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour (commensurate with experience).

The Schedule: Monday–Thursday (finish by 5:00 PM) and Fridays (finish by 1:30 PM). No evenings. No weekends.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Case Presentation: Mastery in presenting large, multi-specialty treatment plans with confidence and empathy.
- Financial Orchestration: Navigating insurance, third-party financing, and in-house arrangements to ensure 5-star patient experiences.
- Growth Focus: Tracking and improving case acceptance rates to drive practice profitability.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in high-end dental financial/treatment coordination (Multi-specialty experience preferred).
- Skill Set: Proficient in Dentrix and master of financial negotiation/sales.
- Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized, and a "closer" mindset.
