RDH needed!

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate dental hygienist to join our private, single-doctor general dentistry practice on a full-time basis. This opportunity is available because our current hygienist is on maternity leave, and we are looking for someone who can step into a supportive, patient-centered environment and help maintain the high standard of care our team is known for.

As a General Dentist office, we value professionals who take pride in delivering excellent preventive care while building positive relationships with patients of all ages.

This role includes one hour appointments with one patient at a time, allowing you to provide thorough, personalized care without feeling rushed. Responsibilities include performing dental prophylaxis such as cleanings, scaling, and polishing; conducting patient assessments by reviewing medical history, taking vital signs, and evaluating oral health status; and educating patients on effective home care and preventive oral hygiene practices.

Additional duties include documenting accurate patient records in EMR/EHR systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance, preparing and sterilizing instruments, and supporting infection prevention management and aseptic technique protocols.

We prefer candidates with at least one year of experience, though we are happy to work with the right individual who may have less experience but demonstrates strong motivation, professionalism, and a patient-first mindset.

Our office provides private parking, and PPE includes nitrile gloves, regular masks, and extraoral suction devices to support a safe clinical environment. A 1-hour unpaid lunch break is provided. Compensation starts at $65, and willing to negotiate more based on experience!
