Looking for an awesome RDH to join our growing team

We are seeking an experienced dental hygienist to join a modern, private, single-doctor general practice serving children and adults in all phases of dentistry. This full-time role is ideal for a professional who values quality patient care, strong clinical standards, and a supportive team environment. The ideal candidate will bring 1–2 years of experience and a commitment to providing exceptional preventive care in a well-organized, patient-focused setting.

In this position, you will see one patient at a time, allowing you to build meaningful connections and deliver attentive, personalized care. Adult recare appointments are typically 60 minutes, giving you the time needed to complete thorough hygiene services and patient education. The practice is equipped with modern tools and technology, including cloud based Dentrix Ascend, intraoral cameras, iTero scanner, digital X-rays, and a CBCT, helping you work efficiently and deliver a high standard of care.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, empathy, efficiency, and teamwork. A successful candidate will be comfortable educating patients, supporting treatment acceptance, and collaborating closely with the doctor and clinical team. Because this is a fast-paced but well-structured environment, strong organizational skills and a positive attitude are essential.

You’ll have a 1-hour lunch break to catch up on notes and chart preps, relax, and recharge during the day. This role offers a professional, modern setting where you can grow your skills while helping patients of all ages maintain healthy smiles.

Compensation is $54+/hr for W2 employment with full benefits. Benefits include health insurance, a company IRA with company match, PTO, paid holidays, and a uniform allowance.
