We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Team Member to become a vital part of our growing dental practice. As a privately owned, single-doctor office that has been thriving since our inception in November 2021, we pride ourselves on fostering a healthy, fun, and collaborative work environment. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of providing exceptional patient care while enjoying a supportive team culture.

In this role, you will be responsible for essential front office tasks, including insurance verification and claims submission, while ensuring that every patient feels welcomed and valued. Your ability to communicate empathetically with patients who may have had past dental apprehensions is crucial to our practice philosophy. We believe in celebrating every return visit and nurturing a non-judgmental atmosphere.

As part of our team, you will receive compensation in the range of $20 - $24 per hour and enjoy generous benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, an IRA with a match, paid sick leave, and a uniform allowance. We utilize Open Dental software to streamline operations, and we provide training for those wanting to grow into this position.
