Assistant or EDDA needed for Uptown Smiles

We are seeking a bubbly, friendly, and team-oriented dental assistant to join our close-knit practice for a full-time role in a modern, patient-focused environment. This opportunity is available as our current assistant is retiring, and we are looking for someone who enjoys working with a supportive team and providing excellent care each day.

Our practice is a small, privately owned office with two doctors and a strong emphasis on teamwork, organization, and positive patient experiences. We provide general and multi-doctor care for PPO and private patients, offering a wide range of in-house procedures that keep the work engaging and varied. From chairside support to restorative and surgical procedures, you’ll be part of a team that values efficiency, communication, and high-quality care.

Responsibilities include chair side assistance, four-handed dentistry, dental charting, radiology, impressions, temporary crown fabrication, infection control, patient education, and treatment support. Experience with Dentrix, DEXIS, CEREC, iTero, intraoral imaging, and digital workflows is helpful. A high school education is expected, along with 2 or more years of experience. Cross-training is not required but would be a bonus.

We offer competitive hourly pay up to $33/hour depending on experience, a 1-hour lunch break, and benefits including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k), and uniform support. Free parking is available in a garage with special access. PPE provided includes nitrile gloves and regular masks. Regular hours are Mon 7–4, Tue 9–6, Wed 8–5, and Thu 7–4.
