Front desk specialist- Tues-Friday
We are looking for an experienced front office coordinator to become an integral part of our private dental practice. With nearly 30 years of dedicated service led by Dr. Medaugh, our office provides a welcoming environment for patients of all ages, from toddlers to seniors.
As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in managing the front desk, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing the patient experience. Your responsibilities will include appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and patient education. We expect candidates to have a minimum of 5 years of experience at the front desk, with a solid understanding of dental PPO insurance plans and accounts receivable processes.
We take pride in our team-oriented atmosphere, where we support each other and create a fun working environment with upbeat music. Safety is a priority, and we strictly adhere to OSHA, CDC, and COVID guidelines, providing comprehensive PPE for all staff members.

Welcome to Able Dentistry, Inc! We are a private owned practice and Dr. Medaugh has been practicing in Arvada for almost 30 years. We follow all OSHA/CDC/COVID guidelines, and we are also a fragrance free practice. We see a full and wide variety of dental patients, from 3-100 years old, and some well established regulars, and some emergencies. Dr. Medaugh provides all services, but does refer out for some endo and oral surgery. We have a true team atmosphere at Able Dentistry, and we all help out wherever we can! We listen to upbeat music, and like to have fun while we work.
