At Prentice Dental, we combine advanced technology, excellent patient care, and a team culture. We’re a fast-growing private practice in Flower Mound, TX. Since acquiring the practice in 2023, we’ve grown over 50%, and we’re just getting started.

We specialize in same-day restorations using Glidewell.io, 3D printing with SprintRay, digital design via Exocad, and patient-centered care guided by Kois training. Our practice is fully integrated with Oryx Dental Software, and we value collaboration, learning, and integrity in everything we do.

💼 Position: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:40 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Flower Mound, TX
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + team bonuses

🔧 Responsibilities
Perform intraoral scanning with iOS technology
Pack cord and assist in crown/bridge procedures
Place Invisalign attachments and help with aligner delivery
Provide KÖR whitening treatments
Assist doctor chairside with 4-handed dentistry
Set up and turn over rooms efficiently
Help with lab case tracking, sterilization, and inventory
Participate in same-day CAD/CAM workflows (Glidewell.io)

✅ Requirements
Texas RDA license (active)
Minimum 2 year of dental assisting experience required
BLS/CPR certification required
Team player with great attitude and communication skills
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
