We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented dental professional to join a busy general dental practice on a full-time basis. This opportunity is available because our current dental assistant is retiring, and we are looking for someone who can help continue providing excellent care to our patients.
In this role, you will support the dental team with chairside assistance during a variety of procedures, prepare treatment areas, and help ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities also include sterilization of instruments, maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment, and assisting with patient comfort and communication throughout visits. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will interact closely with patients, dentists, and the rest of the office team every day.
The ideal candidate is reliable, friendly, and able to work well in a fast-paced setting. A high school education is required, and previous dental office experience is helpful but not required. Cross-training is not required for this position.
